FCC Rules require stations to place an EEO Compliance Report in their Public File each year on the anniversary date of their license renewal. This Report is being placed in the KLUX Public File for the reporting period ending on April 1, 2021.
General EEO Policy: Diocesan Telecommunications Corporation, licensee of KLUX, affords all qualified persons equal employment opportunities and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or sex.
General and Specific EEO Program requirements: We hereby Report that we employ less than five full time employees as defined by the FCC. Accordingly, under the Small Station Exemption contained in the FCC’s Rules, we are exempt from the General and Specific EEO Program requirements.
